Photo/Video Team
The Photo/Video Team captures the heart of what God is doing at COBC through photography and videography. Whether it’s documenting Sunday services or producing creative content for online platforms, this team helps tell the story of life change and community. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, we’d love to have you on board.

Kids Team
The Kids Team plays a vital role in shaping the next generation by creating a fun, safe, and engaging space where children can learn about Jesus. From nursery care to Bible stories and crafts, you'll help kids grow in their faith. If you love working with children and have a heart for their spiritual development, we’d love to talk.

Safety Team
The Safety Team provides a secure and peaceful environment for everyone at COBC. From monitoring entrances to being ready for emergencies, this team ensures that our church remains a safe place to worship. If you’re calm under pressure and care about the wellbeing of others, consider joining this vital ministry.

Prayer Team
The Prayer Team faithfully supports COBC through the power of prayer. Whether it’s lifting up Sunday services, praying over requests, or offering one-on-one prayer after worship, this team intercedes on behalf of our church and community. If you have a heart for prayer and a desire to see God move, this is your place.

The Tech/Production Team is behind the scenes making every Sunday happen—from audio and lighting to screens and livestreams. Teen/Youth Team
The Teen/Youth Team walks alongside middle and high school students as they grow in faith, navigate challenges, and build lasting friendships. From leading small groups to planning events, this team is all about pointing teens to Jesus. If you’re passionate about the next generation, this is your chance to make an impact.

Frequently asked questions
Simply inquire with the Pastor or Deacons about the area of service you would like to participate in. They will gladly connect you with the leader of that particular ministry.
All Children’s Ministry workers have a background check and are interviewed by the Children’s Ministry leader. Most importantly, each worker must have a heart for reaching children with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Although certain ministries do not require membership to serve, it is important to become a member in order to enjoy the benefits of being assigned a Deacon and to have voting privileges in the business of the church.
The main requirement for serving the Lord at COBC is that a person has been born again in Jesus Christ. A personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ through His death, burial and resurrection.
